Briefly rock the cartridge horizontally, remove the seal, slide it in along the guide and lock it securely into place. Then print a test page.
Can firmware updates affect compatible cartridges?

What should I do in case of color cast, streaks or pale prints?
Check fill levels, run cleaning/gradation on the device, check that the cartridges are seated correctly and, if necessary, change the paper quality. Print a test page and repeat calibration if needed.
