The final shipping costs will be clearly displayed again during the checkout process before you complete your order. Free shipping from an order value of €69.
- Processing: Orders are processed continuously from Monday to Friday.
- Shipping: Orders placed by 2 p.m. are usually shipped on the same business day, provided the goods are available.
- Delivery: Within Germany, delivery usually takes 1–2 business days after dispatch.
- Tracking: After dispatch, you will automatically receive a tracking link by email.

The final shipping costs will be clearly displayed again during the checkout process before you complete your order. For deliveries outside Germany, shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery country, weight, shopping cart and shipping method.
For international deliveries, different shipping costs, longer delivery times and additional customs duties, import fees, transfer fees or exchange fees may apply. These are not charged by us and must be paid by the recipient if they apply in the destination country. Free international shipping from an order value of €500.

Purchase on invoice for companies and public authorities
Purchase on invoice is generally possible. Please use our contact form so that we can prepare the order correctly.
Prepayment (bank transfer)
For bank transfers from non-European countries, any bank fees must be paid by the buyer. Only goods that have been paid for in full will be shipped.

Information for customers in Switzerland
For deliveries to Switzerland, additional customs duties, import fees, transfer fees or exchange fees may apply. These costs are not charged by us and must be paid by the recipient if they apply.
Net shipping to Switzerland
For a delivery address in Switzerland, German VAT may be deducted automatically. As soon as you select Switzerland as the destination country during checkout, the corresponding amount will be adjusted automatically. The net amount plus shipping costs will then be charged.
Delivery address in Germany
If the delivery does not leave German territory, we are legally obliged to charge German VAT — even if the billing address is in Switzerland.
Payment methods for private customers in Switzerland
Deliveries to private customers with a billing address in Switzerland are currently only available via PayPal or prepayment. Public institutions and registered commercial customers may be able to order on invoice upon request.
