The final shipping costs are shown clearly during checkout before you place your order. For deliveries outside Germany, shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country, weight, parcel size, shipping method and other order-related factors.

International deliveries

For deliveries outside Germany, shipping costs, delivery times and available shipping methods may differ. Additional customs duties, import charges, transfer fees or exchange rate fees may also apply. These charges are not collected by us and, if applicable, must be paid by the recipient.

Invoice purchase for public institutions and business customers

Payment by invoice is generally possible. Please use our contact form so that we can prepare the order accordingly.

Prepayment (bank transfer)

For bank transfers from non-European countries, any bank charges must be borne by the customer. Goods are shipped only after full payment has been received.

Important information for customers in Switzerland

Important note for deliveries to Switzerland

Deliveries to Switzerland may involve additional customs duties, import charges, transfer fees or exchange rate fees. These costs are not charged by us and must be paid by the recipient if they apply.

Net delivery to Switzerland

If the delivery address is in Switzerland, German VAT may no longer apply. As soon as you select Switzerland as the destination country during checkout, the corresponding amount is adjusted automatically. Your order is then charged at the net amount plus shipping costs.

Delivery address in Germany

If the delivery does not leave German territory, we are legally obliged to charge German VAT, even if the billing address is in Switzerland.

Payment methods for private customers in Switzerland

Deliveries to private customers with a billing address in Switzerland are currently possible only via PayPal or prepayment. Public institutions and registered business customers may, upon request, be able to order on invoice.
