Toner Finder: Find the right toner in 30 seconds
Enter your printer model (e.g., “MFC-…”, “LaserJet …”) or a toner number (e.g., “TN-…”, “CF…”) — we’ll take you straight to the matching toners and (if needed) the right maintenance parts.
1) Enter your printer model or toner number
Tip: If you only know “TN-…/CF…/CE…”, that’s often enough. With many laser printers, drum/transfer units are also maintenance parts (see below).
2) I don’t know my printer model — here’s how to find it
On the device
The model name is usually printed on the front, top, or back of the printer (sticker/front panel).
On PC/Mac
In the printer settings under “Devices & Printers” (Windows) or “Printers & Scanners” (macOS).
On packaging/invoice
If available: look up the model or consumable number (toner/drum) and enter it above.
3) Toner by printer brand
If you’d rather browse, use our brand categories. There you’ll find toner by series and model.
Avoid mistakes: The 3 most common pitfalls
- Toner vs. drum/imaging drum: Some devices require a separate drum in addition to the toner cartridge (maintenance part).
- Standard vs. XL: XL yields more pages and often lowers the cost per page — especially worthwhile if you print regularly.
- Starter toner: New printers sometimes ship with a starter toner (lower yield). When buying replacements, you can switch straight to standard/XL.
Frequently asked questions
My model isn’t found — what can I do?
Try entering only the core part of the name (without add-ons like “Series”), or enter a toner number (e.g., “TN-…”). Alternatively, navigate to the series via the brand tiles.
Are compatible toners safe?
With reputable suppliers: yes. What matters is reliable chips/fit, consistent coverage, and strong quality control. If you’re unsure, send us your model — we’ll help you match it.
What does XL really do?
XL delivers more pages per cartridge and often reduces the price per page. If you print regularly, XL is usually the more economical choice.
