Order & processing
- Monday to Friday: Orders received by 5 pm are processed immediately.
- Weekend: We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays – no order processing.
Shipping on the same day
- Ordered by 2 pm: Your order is usually shipped the same business day (if available).
- After 2 pm: Shipping usually takes place on the next business day (depending on availability and order volume).
“Processed immediately” means that your order is checked in the system and prepared for shipping.
Transit time: What is realistic
After dispatch, the parcel service determines the actual transit time. Based on experience, delivery usually takes 1–2 business days.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on the parcel service, region, season, public holidays and shipment volume.

“Business days” means Monday to Friday. Public holidays are not counted as business days.

Yes. As soon as the parcel has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.
I ordered on the weekend – when will my order be processed?
Orders are not processed on weekends. Processing starts on the next business day.

Time calculation (advance payment / receipt of payment)
In the case of payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank. For other payment methods, the delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded. The period ends at the end of the last day of the term. If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday officially recognised at the place of delivery, the next business day shall take its place.
