Scope
This accessibility statement applies to the online shop farbtoner.shop and all related subpages and content.

Our commitment
We aim to make our shop accessible in accordance with the requirements of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) and its implementing regulation (BFSGV). The technical basis is in particular EN 301 549 (including WCAG 2.1 Level AA for web content).

Status of compliance

Our web services are partially compliant with EN 301 549/WCAG 2.1 AA. We are continuously working to identify and remove remaining barriers.

Non-accessible content

The following content is not yet fully accessible at the time of this statement:

• Alternative text: Some graphics/images still lack meaningful alternative text.

• Contrast: In some cases, recommended minimum contrast ratios are not met.

• Keyboard operability: Certain controls and dialogs are not yet fully usable via keyboard.

• Forms: Some form fields do not yet have correctly associated labels or meaningful error messages.

• Media: Subtitles/transcripts are not yet available in all cases for embedded videos.

Note: We follow an ongoing improvement process. Priority is given to pages/components with high usage (e.g., navigation, product pages, cart/checkout).

Planned improvements & timeline

• Ongoing addition of alternative text and semantic markup.

• Review of color and contrast settings.

• Improved focus order and visible focus indicators.

• Audit of critical forms (checkout, contact) and remediation of identified issues.

• Subtitles/transcripts for new product or explainer videos.
